Here is a pic for any future reference. Relay is on the left, and starter solenoid is on the right, with the boot pushed back. I got lucky, and it was just bad connection with the relay. I pulled out the relay, looked at it and put it back. Then I hooked up a battery charger, and the relay was clicking when I hit starter button.

Clutch adjusments usually pertain to manual clutches and sometimes belt drive systems.
