199 posts · Joined 2008. #2 · Jan 27, 2010. I used POR15 on my chassis and a QT did 2 coats on the whole chassis, all steering, all front control arms, rear drums, rear axle and backing plates. The best way i found is to use cheap foam brushes. Seams like it goes a lot farther and lays smoother.High abrasion and chemical resistance. Repels fuels, oils, most acids and alkalis, and graffiti. Will not crack, flake or peel. Withstands temps up to 600°F (316°C) Brush, roll or spray application. Superior flow and leveling. Flexible coating allowing expansion and contraction. Compatible with all paint systems. Moderate UV stability.
