More torque, too. Very close in physical size and maneuverability. The 601 will have live hydraulics. (Check to see if it has a square-bodied vane pump or a round-bodied piston pump. Piston pumps are better.) Lack of live hydraulics on the 8N is why I won't own one. Check to see if the 601 has fluid in the tires.
