Nov 9, 2011. #1. I think the Case plow hub is nearly the same as old IH trailer plows. If so, all you have to do is take loose the outer bolts (3 on IH) to get cap off. Then pull a pin and whole works comes off in 2 pieces. Then clean out all the old grease (it will act like metal because it is so old) and dirt.
