Break all the totems you can find. If the killer comes after you, loop as long as you can. Another option is to follow a buddy around, when they find the hex totem hide nearby. When killer comes and chases your buddy, pop out and get the totem while hes occupied. Another option is to hump a gen with a 2nd person.
