For midi QOL it's in the settings tab, under modules and midi QOL. Usually the setting button is on the right side of foundry in the last tab, and once that window is open you may find the settings if you scroll down a bit. One needs to enable the modules to see the settings. Edit: Okay I managed to make it work, TL;DR the issue was caused by Dice so Nice and it was fixed by checking the Display chat message immediately in Dice so Nice Module Settings. I think the issue is that Monk's Token Bar may not call the portions of the API that MIDI QOL is listening for. When my Foundry rolls are set to Private GM Roll, my players just see questions marks when an attack roll is made, rather than the hit/miss and damage total specified by this setting.
