good luck! I find the easiest way to level tailoring is to clear a zone for looting (house, block or large area). Then walk around ripping all the clothes (bring scissors for leather) to get thread (this also gives a small amount of XP). I drop all the ripped sheets onto zed bodies so they will despawn.
