I have a pretty good rig and I can only run at a stable 60fps in early access builds and at 4.0Ghz+ with drops in fps due to shader comp. Yuzu has ways to go for optimization, hopefully within a year or so TOTK will be more playable in mid-low end rigs.

Have you made sure your monitor isn't set to 30hz and you have Vsync set to that.
