Your description of the sweeping right hand curve, with a car stopped in a left-turn pocket/lane "could" cause that to happen, IMHO.No issues at all. I think it's not physical interference Subaru stipulates against placing EZPass next to Eyesight. My guess is electronics, EZPass transponders emitting invisible rf signals that may interfere with Eyesight electronics. While never proven, prudence suggests following Subaru guidelines.
