A little bonus: the katana's light combo is an infinite loop. Not super fast, but it' steady and pretty good for stacking bleeding. If you have the stamina for it, go for a Grey Ones Katana with armor penetration kit. If you have the perk go for the grandmaster weapon kit (+damage +armor penetration) and it will make the katana go nuts! 😉

Radium wall torches or standing provide the best light by far. You can even open up their inventory and add dye to change the color of the light. Wall and standing.. torches, glowstick, witchfire and radium. Early on the game is the furnace, but it requires fuel. Mid game is the bonfire hands down.
